La Constitución Colombiana en su Artículo 51 dice:
“Todos los colombianos tienen derecho a vivienda digna. El Estado fijará las condiciones necesarias para hacer efectivo este derecho y promoverá planes de vivienda de interés social, sistemas adecuados de financiación a largo plazo y formas asociativas de ejecución de estos programas de vivienda.”
The Colombian Constitution in its Article 51 states:
“All Colombians have the right to decent housing. The State will establish the necessary conditions to make this right effective and will promote social housing plans, adequate long-term financing systems, and associative forms of executing these housing programs.”
